UK

Orders up to GBP50 retail value pay retail prices (postage & packing included). 

Orders above GBP50 retail value pay retail prices less 35% discount (postage and packing included).

Non-UK

Orders up to £50 retail value pay retail prices plus 20% air postage and packing. Orders above £50 retail value pay retail prices less 35% discount plus surface postage and packing at cost. (If air postage is required, please send email to admin@cfae.biz.)

Payment

Payment is accepted in GBP only. 

We accept a range of debit and credit card and use WorldPay’s secure payment system to process your order. Your credit card details are secured using industry-standard SSL and are not stored by us or made available to us. 

Payments by cheque (check) will be despatched when the cheque (check) is received. 

We do not accept COD orders.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from CfAE.biz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Refunds

Refunds accepted only if requested and confirmed by email within 30 days of receipt of goods in question and only if they are returned in original condition.
